Privacy Policy — Parking Tycoon

Effective date: 26 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ozodbek Khayrullaev (“we”, “us”) handles information when you play Parking Tycoon (the “Game”) on Android or iOS. If you have questions, contact us at execode12@gmail.com.

1. Summary

  • You do not need an account to play. Your game progress is stored only on your device.
  • The Game is free and shows optional video ads that you choose to watch for in-game rewards. Ads are provided by our advertising partners, who may collect device data as described below.
  • Personalized ads are shown only if you agree. You can change this at any time in Settings → Personalized ads, and you can turn on Settings → Do not sell my data.
  • In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We never see your payment details.
  • The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older.

2. Information we process

2.1 Game data stored on your device

Your progress (in-game currency, buildings, upgrades, settings, and your privacy choices) is saved in a file on your device. We do not receive this file. Deleting the Game deletes this data.

2.2 Advertising

We use Unity LevelPlay (ad mediation) and Unity Ads (ad network), both provided by Unity Technologies. To deliver ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud, these partners may automatically collect: - device identifiers, such as the advertising ID (Android) or IDFA (iOS, only if you allow tracking) and IDFV; - device and app information: model, operating system, language, time zone, screen size, network type, app version; - IP address and the approximate location derived from it (country or region); - ad interactions: which ads were shown, watched, skipped, or clicked.

If you do not consent to personalized ads, our partners are told to show only non-personalized ads. They may still process some data to deliver ads, count impressions, and prevent fraud.

We receive aggregated reports from these partners. We may also receive impression-level revenue data (for example, which network showed an ad and the estimated revenue), which does not identify you by name.

For details, see the Unity Privacy Policy: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy

2.3 Analytics and crash reports

We use Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) to understand how the Game is played and to fix crashes. Firebase may collect: - an app instance ID; - device and app information; - game events (such as level progress and purchases made); - approximate location from the IP address; - crash diagnostics.

See https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

2.4 In-app purchases

Purchases are handled by Google Play (https://policies.google.com/privacy) or Apple (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). We only receive a confirmation of the purchase (product and transaction identifier), which we use to deliver your item and to restore purchases.

3. Why we use this information (legal bases)

  • To provide the Game and deliver purchases: performance of our agreement with you.
  • Personalized advertising: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Settings.
  • Non-personalized advertising, analytics, security, and fraud prevention: our legitimate interest in offering a free game and keeping it working. Where local law requires consent, we ask for it.
  • Compliance with legal obligations.

4. Your choices

  • Personalized ads: Settings → Personalized ads (on or off). When you first open the Game, we ask for your choice.
  • Do not sell or share my personal information (California and other US states): Settings → Do not sell my data.
  • iOS tracking: you can allow or deny tracking when the Game asks, and change it later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
  • Delete data: uninstall the Game to remove local data. To request deletion of data held by our partners, contact us at execode12@gmail.com or use the partner’s own privacy tools.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland, or California), you may have the right to: - access, correct, or delete your personal data; - object to or restrict processing; - data portability; - withdraw consent; - opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

To exercise these rights, contact execode12@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

6. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data retention and transfers

  • Retention: local game data stays on your device until you delete the Game. Our partners keep data according to their own policies.
  • Transfers: our partners may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States, using safeguards required by law (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Where required, we will ask for your consent again.
